Job Description:

As a key member for supporting the Research team, you will help to conduct interviews for research projects and fixing appointments for the Research team.

Working with the team, you will ensure adherence to professional research and interviewing standards in order to deliver accurate, high-quality data in a timely manner.

Key Responsibility:

  • Conducting interviews for conducting quantitative research projects using various modes
  • Quality control, internal audit and project documentation on all projects
  • Timely resolution of issues in field to ensure quality data collection
  • Integrity in data collection
  • Appointment fixing for Research team, it could be for Depth Interviews or Sales meetings
  • In absence of live projects, the person should be contributing towards building databases of various type

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in conducting telephonic interviews and other modes of interview
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills

Should have expertise in the following:

  • Telephonic interviews (CATI) using structured questionnaires, web based (CAWI) for follow ups and retrieval
  • Other forms like face-to-face/door-to-door interviews, street intercepts, focus group recruitment
  • Appointment fixing with Vendors & Customers for sales pitching, lead generation, depth interviews etc .
  • Experience of conducting interviews within English speaking global countries including India, in different business segments, different types of respondent’s like business owners, partners, MDs , technical heads etc .
  • Expert user of databases

  • End to end sales of Infoholic research offerings (Data Mining, Cold calling, Qualify opportunities, Prepare proposal, negotiation & follow up for closure)

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring and closing opportunities.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
