Is digital transformation inevitable?

The American business magnate Bill Gates once said that, “We are changing the world with technology”. This is so true; technology has encompassed our lives transforming operation in almost every industry type. With digital transformation engulfing all the facets of modern life, its adoption seems mandatory in order to survive the competition. Similarly, the industry leaders are expected to actively participate in digital transformation through digital business initiatives and digitalization of workforce to initiate the desired outcome.

With a moto to win the digital supremacy, companies revolutionized both operational and cultural spheres only to increase focus on strategy, to create competitive advantage. Thus, digital transformation is possible through flexible adoption by all, including the industry leaders.
