Solar microinverter is a miniature plug and play type inverter used in solar energy system to convert power at the solar panel from DC electricity to AC electricity. Difference between microinverter and other conventional inverters such as string-Inverters and central inverter is, microinverter can be connected to individual photovoltaic (PV) modules instead of having a single central inverter for the entire solar energy system.
