Surendran Nambiath is the Senior Management Consultant at Infoholic Research LLP. With his rich experience of almost 30 years in the industry, he is responsible for end to end management of the consulting projects for the organization at a global level. Some of his project expertise includes IT Infrastructure Management, Web Analytics, Instructional design, e-Commerce, Market Research and Data Analysis, Social Media Marketing, Market Entry Strategies etc.
Surendran’ s industry experience includes working with leading ICT organizations in IDC, Cyber Media India Limited, Cyber Astro Limited, India Post Live etc. In his versatile career, he served as a CIO for Cyber Media (India) Limited where he was responsible for handling end to end IT Infrastructure projects and later joined Cyber Astro as VP operations representing Cyber Media.
He has also worked with educational institutes like Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and EMPI Business School.
He has pursued MBA degree in Operations Management from Cochin Institute of Science and Technology and graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
Dr. Vikas Jain supports the Consulting Operations at Infoholic Research and is based out of US. In his role, he leads a team of consultants and is responsible for the end to end execution of various consulting projects for the organization. With over 24 years of industry experience, his expertise lies in statistical techniques and their application in analyzing business data, business analytics using SAP systems, Business Strategy/recommendation using business data analysis, SAP system configuration, Consulting assignments in business analytics/big data, ERP, and Agile Methodology.
Dr. Jain currently works as a tenured professor of Information and Technology Management at The University of Tampa, Tampa, Florida, USA. He has about 12 years of IT industry experience ranging from software development, research and consulting, and IT project management. He has worked on various consulting projects for clients like IBM, Microsoft, HP, Prudential Insurance etc. Also, Dr. Jain has over 12 years of experience in academics teaching courses and has published extensively in academic research journals with about 25 conference presentations and 15 journal articles in leading academic journals such as The Database, Systems Dynamics Review, International Journal of Human Computer Interaction, Electronic Government, and Journal of Global Information Technology Management.
Dr. Jain is a member of Association of Information Systems, America SAP User Group (ASUG), Florida Chapter, and is a SAP Certified Business Associate.
Dr. Vikas Jain holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Decision Systems from The George Washington University and is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi.
Somnath has more than 14 years of experience in market research. Currently he plays an important role on in research and consulting division of Infoholic Research. In his former company, AMI Partners Inc. he has 7 years + experience in researching Small and Medium Business (SMB) technology needs and behaviours and specializes in providing strategic marketing direction to support data-driven decision making at the executive level. He has lead several large scale quantitative research projects, including behavioural tracking, multi-country opportunity analysis, and customer satisfaction studies.
Prior to joining AMI-Partners, he started his market research career in Indica Research. He has also worked for MNC market research companies such as Synovate India and GFK India. He was involved in a wide variety of consulting and market research projects including Customer Satisfaction Studies, Tracking studies, Dip stick studies, Market Survey/Assessment Studies, Project feasibility studies etc.
Worked with various prestigious clients like – Tata Steel, BOC, Bengal Ambuja, Ad Club Kolkata, WB Health Dept., NACO, Outlook Magazine NPCL ,PSI etc’. Regularly worked with technology and telecom giants and such as Microsoft, SAP, Dell , IBM, CISCO, HP , Symantec, Avaya , Tata Teleservices etc.
Somnath has an M.B.A. degree in Marketing and graduated in Commerce from Calcutta University.
Tariq Ahmed Shaik is the Manager- Research Operations at Infoholic Research LLP. In his role as the Research Manager he leads a team of analysts and is responsible for the execution of various research and consulting projects at a global level. His role includes strategic and client-driven research with tier-1 firms, one to one discussion with key decision makers for the industry insights and market planning across the information and communications industry. Tariq has a deep industry expertise pertaining to a wide range of sectors such as ICT, Electronics & Semiconductor, Transportation, Energy & Utilities, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Telecom.
With almost a decade experience in the industry, he has served various research and consulting players like Datamonitor, Markets and Markets etc where he carried out market research projects in different industry verticals and consulted the leading industry participants like IBM, HP, Gemalto, GE Transportation etc. on their Product, Marketing and Channel Strategies.
Tariq is a BE graduate from JNT University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in IT solutions.
